The way we interact with customers has changed. Customers are using many ways to interact with us and others. So how do we market to them better? One way is to map the customer journey and look for opporuntities to wow or delight them. In this download Sugar CRM talk you through how to do this.

When we do this I call it Strategic Service Design. It means intentionally mapping your customer journey with a emphasis on improving it. This is something you can do with your staff in a team meeting and on a white board.
