Ongoing marketing · Monthly

You know what needs doing. I make sure it gets done, every month.

Monthly support once the plan or the build is in place: a report that tells you what to do next, content that answers what your customers are asking, and a strategist keeping it all pointed the right way.

StrategyHumanityTechnologyIn that order.
Three levels

As much help as you need.

Reporting

One monthly report across your website, search, ads, email and social.

Three priorities each month, each with an owner.

Best for: teams that do the work and want a clear direction.

Reporting and content

Everything in Reporting, plus a monthly content pack.

A blog, an email, social posts and a call to action, built from search research and what you are promoting that month.

Best for: businesses where content keeps slipping to the bottom of the list.

Part-time marketing manager

One day a month, for three months to start.

Your monthly report plus a 30-minute review session.

Best for: straight after a Strategy Project, to get the plan moving.

How the report keeps things honest

Priorities that actually get done.

  • Each month ends with three priorities, each with one owner.
  • Priorities carry forward until they are done. Anything carried for three months gets a straight question: do it or drop it.
  • The report and the deck always agree. If they do not, that is the first finding.

What I need from you: your promotion focus for the coming month by the 15th of the month before, and quick approvals on drafts. Without the first, the content stalls.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I have to do a Strategy Project first?

Not always. If your direction is already clear, we can start with reporting. If it is not, the report will show it fast.

Who writes the content?

I do, in your voice, from search research and your monthly focus. You approve it before it goes anywhere.

Is there a lock-in?

Term and notice are set out in your proposal before you start.
