Mystery Customer Service

Sometimes you really need to see your customer's experience to understand "how they see it".  We have an experienced shopper to go in and assess your customer experience and feedback back to you what your customers are thinking and perhaps not telling you.


Wouldn't you like to know:

  • How your staff are treating customers?
  • Whether or not your staff follow a consistent process?
  • What the customer likes and dislikes about your service?
  • How you can make simple improvements that could help you retain customers and attract more?
This is a very affordable way to make some quick wins. Once you have paid for the deposit we will arrange for our shopper to come into your business within 7 days.  You will be given a written report 48 hours later detailing all of the customer touch points so you can make immediate improvements.

Costs start from $250 + the costs of any in+store purchases.
